Returns & Complaints
We’re a small business, and although we carefully inspect every order before it leaves our workshop, mistakes can occasionally happen. If they do, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know.
My parcel arrived damaged
As soon as your parcel arrives, please inspect it carefully before accepting delivery. If the parcel appears to be damaged in any way, please do not accept it and contact us as soon as possible at info@omydear.cz.
The parcel looked fine, but the product is damaged
If you discover any damage after opening your parcel, please contact us immediately at info@omydear.cz.
Please include:
- your order or shipment number,
- photos of the damaged product,
- photos of the packaging and the parcel.
We’ll work with you to find the best solution. We can either send you a replacement straight away or issue a full refund.
My order is incomplete
If we’ve accidentally left something out of your order, we’re very sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@omydear.cz, and we’ll send the missing item without delay.
I would like to return or exchange my order
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know in advance by emailing info@omydear.cz, then carefully package the items and send them to:

If you choose to return your parcel via Czech Post, we kindly ask you to track the shipment. Unfortunately, parcels are occasionally held at the post office without notification, resulting in their being returned to the sender.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will promptly refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
We’re available every weekday by phone and email, and you can also reach us via email or chat over the weekend. We’d be delighted to help with any questions you may have.
